I bought canned black-eyed peas and plan to make B-EP salsa. Does it still count? I learned today that we're supposed to have cabbage too. The peas represent the coins and the cabbage represent the bills. I can't keep up anymore. I'll just have more rum.
The black-eyed pea salsa was out-of-this-world good, by the way.
