Saturday night we made taco salad with homemade chips and salsa, and we also made real french fries and sopapillas (which didn't quite get puffy enough, but were still sooooo good). Sunday we skipped church and slept in.
Yesterday Jamie took the girls out for ice cream and to the pet store. Claudia's wanting an iguana for a pet really badly and we're leaning towards yes on that. Today they went to the zoo and reported that it's a very nice zoo, indeed. Tomorrow they're going to the art museum and then we're going to meet for lunch, even though this week is my busiest week of the year, so it's going to be a short lunch. Thursday, Jamie's taking all three girls ice skating and Friday is up in the air. I have a half-day off but may spend the afternoon getting ready for Pascha.

OMG, at my next spring break, I want to come to camp Hinson-Reiger! It sounds like Jamie and the girls are having a terrific week. Are you going to try to make any of the up-coming services at the Greek Orthodox church?
