Jordan's been complaining of various cold-like symptoms recently, including a sore throat, which we assumed was just related to all the other stuff. But the complaints lasted for several days, so Jamie took her to the pediatrician today and that's right, strep throat.
Tomorrow night's my Christmas concert at the Indiana Historical Society. I was hoping the littles could wear their new dresses to it, but we haven't managed to find shoes to match. I don't know if you can tell, but the dresses are both brown, so there's an extra level of difficulty to this.

what about some ecru/off-white mary jane's with matching tights. is that more impossible than brown? black with off white tights would look great too. are the girls too old for tights? thank god i have boys--i just have to get mini man clothes.
I didn't see anything in the stores except black and brown! I ended up getting Sam matte black and Jordan matte brown and they both work and will work with lots of stuff. Yay! Thanks to you and my mom for suggesting black--I was very focused on brown.
