Friday night we went out to get our Christmas tree and then did a lot of decorating around the house.
Saturday it was snowing like crazy outside, we had a ton of people over and we had such a blast!
Everyone started arriving around 10 and after the kids played for a while and we had lunch, the kids made holiday cookies (and we made the orange cranberry cookies for the adults) and then Jamie took all the kids outside to sled. One of Jordan's friend's brought a huge inflatable sled and Jamie said they could pile about six girls on it. Or, if one person was sledding down the hill, another kid would leap onto the sled, too, after it took off. The teenagers stayed inside to do stuff on the computer and the adults got a chance to talk.
Last night we decorated the tree and it was fun to talk to the girls again about where all the ornaments came from. Today we're skipping church because the roads are so crummy. We were supposed to go ice skating with a big group of people today, but we're going to do it another time.

Yay! Cookies! We (well, I) did tons of baking this weekend too, and parties both days. It definitely feels like the holidays. Oh, and we got to play in the snow (about 12" here) this morning too!
